A series through the eyes of a teen living in Tokyo, Japan. Hello! My name is Robin Reilly and I am half Scottish and half Japanese, although a simple, pure humanitarian at heart. Here in Tokyo, I study A levels in History, English Literature and Physical Education.
In the famous words of Donna Tartt, 'I am nothing in my soul if not obsessed' - hence the creation of this series. The footprints of life might be one of the most beautiful things to examine.
Take a break from the chaos of everyday life and follow me down the many rabbit holes hidden in plain sight. From the arts - cinematography, classic literature, and visual storytelling - to the humanities: philosophy, global affairs, and the humanitarian organizations working within them (and how you can actually support!). Global issues can be deeply confusing; I provide a space at 'Humanity in Action', breaking them down to their roots, helping to bring clarity and understanding.
